As we said in our last post announcing that Eminem would be headlining day two of the Tennant Vital 2011, we head on the grapevine that The Script would be headlining day one.
Well true to our word and our sources, The Script have been announced as the headline act for Tennents Vital on Day 1. Joining The Script on the day are another popular Irish pop-rock act Two Door Cinema Club, winners of course of the Choice Music Prize for 2010. The Script performance at Vital will be their last live performance in Ireland until 2013. They probably couldn’t have chosen two Irish bands with bigger followings so tickets for these could go quick.
They will be playing on August 23rd in Ward Park, Tickets are on sale on Friday 17th June at 9am and will cost you £34.50 inclusive of booking fee and are limited to 8 per person/transaction. Tickets available from Ticketmaster.ie
Fans of Tennent’s Vital on facebook can get exclusive priority access to the Tennent’s Vital pre-sale from 9AM Tuesday 14thJune. Join www.facebook.com/tennentsvital to find out how to reserve your ticket before they go on sale to the general public.
